Extruder screens are manufacturing by woven wire mesh, and widely used for extruder screens in the plastics & rubber industries. Types

Circular extruder screen:

Single layer plain/twill weave screen mesh, the extruder screen feature with smooth screening surface and free of burrs and sharp edges.

Multilayer spot welded circular screen packs:

The advantage of screen packs are extra strong, sturdy and durability, and prevent any impurities in the molten mass from going through the extrusion process.

Multilayer cylindrical screen pack:

The cylindrical screen packs with spot welded edges are also know as candle filters.

Multilayer plain/twilled dutch weave screen:

The screen have high filtration accuracy, and widely used in film, woven sacks and non-woven fabric plants.

Belt-type filter screens:

The belt type filter screen is woven from stainless steel wire, in the reverse dutch twill pattern. The filter for screen changer is in roll form and is easy to replace, and widely used for polymer melt filtration in the products which require an uninterrupted extrusion and stable process, such as film lines, sheet, compounding, tubing, profile and multi-layer extrusion.
