PP knitted wire mesh is produced by special machines by knitting weave process with polypropylene (PP) or polythene (PE) that the non-metal wire as raw material, knitted into a seamless and continuous tubular form. PP knitted wire mesh is most commonly used in filtration and separation applications, such as demister pads and coalescers (reactor internals).

WEB WIRE MESH can offer PP knitted wire mesh in the standard specifications, opening sizes range from 1 mmx 1 mm to 5 mm x 5 mm, while wire diameters range from 0.15 mm to 0.28 mm. Depending on the specification, the manufactured widths are between 100 mm and 600 mm. The standard material is PP wire.
